HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us and request a return
Request a return
Before you submit a return request via the form, read the terms and condition below to make sure your order qalifies for a return
Pack the product(s) in a securely closed box
After your return request has been approved, Pack the product back in it´s original packaging and place it inside a secure box
Label the box with the Return Details
Write down the return details on the outside of the box boldly to ensure it's returned correctly.
Send the box to our return address!
Return the item through any of the delivery companies listed in the return approval mail.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You can request to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if the goods are faulty or damaged
- Once we receive the product and it has been checked thoroughly, a member of our sales team will process your exchange or refund
- Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing.
- Every item returned would be thoroughly checked for damage & serial number to ensure that the item is valid for a return/refund.
- Once your return is checked and is approved, then your refund will be processed within 24hrs of approval back to the payment method of your choice
- A returned item can be exchanged or replaced if they are defective or damaged
- If the price of the Returned Product is less than that of the Exchange product, you will be liable to pay the cash difference between the two products.
Important Notice
Once you have your returns Confirmation, make sure that the product you want to return is in its original packaging with all the parts and accessories intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Giftcards
- Downloadable software products
- Book with obvious signs of use
- software, video game, CD, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
