Charge two devices
With both ports in use, the combined output is up to 60W: up to 45W from USB-C and 15W from USB-A. For USB-C PD laptops, check that the device can charge at the available power level; laptops requiring more than 60W may need their own charger.
Recharge and carry
The USB-C port also accepts up to 30W input. RAVPower states that a separate 30W USB-C PD wall charger can recharge the power bank in approximately three hours. A wall charger is not included.
