Wrong, faulty or damaged after delivery?
If Subsensor supplied the wrong product, specification or variation, check Returns & Exchange for the online request steps. For a fault or damage involving an Available-to-order item, contact support directly; that online return form does not accept those reasons for Available-to-order items.
